At Find Your Feet, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply follow our streamlined digital process to ensure your footwear finds its perfect home.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
